Our Professional Staff Structure
Our trained CYCW staff provide round-the-clock, 24/7 supervision and personal care across all four residential homes:
Daily Supervision: Overseeing morning routines, meals, hygiene, and bedtime.
Academic Guidance: Facilitating afternoon homework sessions, literacy building, and study schedules.
Life Skills Training: Teaching practical personal care, chores, decision-making, and constructive social behavior.
Registered Residential Social Workers
Professional social workers are based on site to deliver specialized therapeutic care:
Trauma Counseling: Providing individual therapy and emotional healing for children recovering from adversity.
Case Management: Working alongside Children’s Courts, schools, and health facilities to safeguard each child’s legal and personal wellbeing.
Family Reintegration & Development: Evaluating long-term developmental plans and future readiness for older youth.
